WhatsApp is an optional follow-on connection, not part of the first v3 external acceptance path. General Augment will expose it through the same Project connection model when its real provisioning, identity mapping, credential custody, and provider probes meet the same standard as Telegram and Linq/iMessage.
Do not use legacy channel commands or treat a stored sender record as readiness.
